Torquide exists because most "automation consulting" in this market is a rebranded digital marketing playbook. We built the opposite: a consultancy that starts on the plant floor.
The Founder
Affan founded Torquide out of Hyderabad while pursuing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with a mechatronics-driven focus spanning robotics, control systems, and applied AI.
His approach treats automation as an engineering problem first and a technology-purchasing decision second — diagnosing the actual process before recommending any fix, rather than starting from a product to sell.
Positioning
Hyderabad and most other manufacturing hubs are saturated with generalist "digital transformation" and marketing agencies applying the same playbook to every industry. Torquide only works on process automation and control systems — the discipline the founder's engineering background is actually built for.
How We Work
Torquide is run deliberately lean. That's not a limitation — it's the reason engagements stay specific to your line instead of collapsing into a standard package. As the practice grows, that floor-first discipline is what stays fixed.
